VibeClub — program rules & terms

VibeClub Rewards is free to join. Vibes are promotional credit, carry no cash value and cannot be transferred. Vibes expire 12 months after they are earned. Refunded orders return the Vibes earned on them. VibeClub may update these terms; changes never rewrite your existing history.

This explains how Soulskart uses your information to run VibeClub. What we keep. Your email address and mobile number, your orders with us, the VibeCoins you earn and spend, your tier, the people you refer, and your birthday if you choose to share it. Why we keep it. To run your rewards account: working out what you earn, showing your balance and history, issuing rewards, preventing fraud, and sending you messages about your account (such as sign-in links, rewards, and expiry reminders). Marketing. We only send you marketing messages about the programme if you agree to them. You can change your mind at any time on the Privacy page of your account. Who we share it with. We use StickyTier to operate the programme and our online store platform to apply your rewards at checkout. They process your information on our behalf. We do not sell your information. Your choices. From the Privacy page of your account you can download a copy of your information at any time. You can also ask us to pause your membership or delete your personal information by contacting us. How long we keep it. For as long as you are a member. If you ask us to delete your information we remove the details that identify you; we keep non-identifying transaction records where we need them for our accounts. Contact.
