How tiers and movement work
Your tier reflects your eligible spend over the recent past — cancelled, returned and refunded amounts don't count. You move up the moment your spend crosses a threshold; downgrades are gentler, with a grace period, and you never drop more than one level at a review.
What counts toward earning
Product value after discounts. VibeCoins are credited once the return window closes, capped at ₹100.00 per order. If an order is cancelled or refunded, its VibeCoins are taken back.
Value and limits
1 VibeCoin = ₹1 at Soulskart. They're yours, but they only live here — no cash-outs or transfers.
